Here's Black Cat Radio founder Tony Gillham at a special evening organised by the Radio Academy on 19th February 2009 in London. The session was called "Is Community Radio The New Independent Local Radio?" at which Tony spoke. Mark Hansard and Andrew Lloyd from Black Cat Radio also attended. Also there were key radio professionals and members of Ofcom's radio team.
